Fundraisers:Mothers Against Cancer (M.A.C.) is a non-profit registered charity (501c3), made up of volunteer mothers from the Kingwood (Houston suburb) area. The goal of M.A.C. is to raise children's cancer research funds specifically for the cancer unit at Texas Children's Hospital Cancer Center.

Since its inception, M.A.C. has hosted a luncheon on the first Monday in December at Kingwood Country Club. The success of this luncheon has lead to the majority of our contributions to research. To date, M.A.C. has donated over two million dollars to Texas Children's Hospital for children's cancer research.
Contributions to the luncheon can be monetary support from sponsors or underwriters. To sponsor the Luncheon, contact Karyn Brenza. As well, contributions to the luncheon can be donated items for the Live Auction or Raffle, if you wish to donate, please contact Brenda Miller, 281-359-5137.
Memorials and Celebrations
Mothers Against Cancer is the recipient of monetary gifts in remembrance of those who have passed away as well as those who are celebrating special life occasions. A gift card is sent to those being celebrated, and a card of appreciation is sent to those memorialized.
Additional Fundraising Events
Mothers Against Cancers ongoing fundraiser commemorating our committee is a wall display at Texas Children's Hospital. Personalized Lucite plaques see changes on donation form (approximately 4 inches by 2 inches in size) will be sold to raise further funds for research. Plaques may be purchased in celebration of loved ones, friends and family. Each plaque costs $100, and multiple plaques can be purchased by family and friends.
